Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
By Mail
On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please return and provide credit information and ship the item prepaid and insured to: Geiss & Sons Jewelers, 765 Haywood Road, Greenville SC 29607. (Uninsured packages are the responsibility of the shipper.) Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.
Store Purchases
Any merchandise purchased, should be returned “by the purchaser” at our store. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation. All refunds and exchanges are at the discursion Geiss & Sons Jewelers LLC.
Price Adjustments
Purchase price will be credited. Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call 864.297.6458. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.
- If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
- If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
At this time, our website accepts only US cards. For assistance with making a purchase using a credit card from any other country, please call 1.864.297.6458.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Geiss & Sons Jewelers order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA and Washington, DC.

Order Updates:
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering. * Excluding items shipped from vendor.
Registered customers, SIGN-IN to access web order status and history.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via EMAIL or online chat, or by calling 1.864.297.6458. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any Geiss & Sons Jewelers order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled.
